The company ensures that all operations are built around R1 Constructions' health and safety policy and in strict accordance with our in-house safety, environmental and quality management system which enables a clear understanding of the company’s goals towards a zero approach to injuries sustained within the workplace.

 

Our in-house Health & Safety team oversees all H&S legislation and ensures the company carries out its duties not only as an employer but also as setting standards on site and improving health and safety in the industry. As a company, we are committed to improving our directly employed staff by ensuring all site managers hold Site manager safety training certificates, asbestos awareness and first aid trained as a minimum.

 

R1 Construction ltd are advocates of up skilling the workforce through the CITB training plan where staff are CSCS certified and NVQ qualified.
