R1 Construction was approached to take part in a competitive tender exercise to carry out the internal and external refurbishment of St Oswald’s CofE school in Kidderminster.

 

The scheme consisted of internal structural and fit-out works to teaching spaces, staff canteen, toilets and corridor areas. Works included breakthroughs, suspended ceilings, partitions, plastering, decoration and floor coverings.

 

Externally new soft pour surfacing, drainage and aluminium canopy cover between walkways

The scheme was a huge success and greatly received by the school and was handed over ahead of schedule and within budget.
