Molly brings eight years of experience in the construction industry, five of which have been with R1  Construction. Having joined the company as a Project Administrator, Molly quickly demonstrated a strong aptitude for leadership and relationship management, progressing through several roles, including Project Lead. Now as Business Development Manager, she is focused on driving the company’s growth strategy, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting R1’s capabilities across the industry. Her in-depth project knowledge and hands-on experience give her a strong foundation for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with R1’s vision for continued success.
