3 New Starters Join the R1 Team

R1 Construction are delighted to welcome Jim, Jamie and Rose to the team.

Rose Labuschagne-Steele has joined the team as our new Health & Safety Manager. Rose has a solid background within the industry that spans over 20 years, previously working on key projects including delivering the new Wembley Stadium as well as oil and gas rigs worldwide for Shell Gas.

James Francis has joined the company and will further expand the design team as an Architectural Technician. Jim (previously of Fletcher Homes) has a deep knowledge and understanding of the housing sector and will be supporting the growth of R1 Living.

Jamie Swancott has joined the R1 team as a Construction Estimator. Jamie is a former carpenter and has been in an estimating role for his previous employer for numerous years delivering several newbuild and refurbishment schemes across a wide range of sectors.
