This month, we had the pleasure of welcoming Olivia for a week of work experience, giving her a hands-on look at the different areas of our business.
From shadowing Molly in the Live Team to learning about HR with Kathy, Liv explored key roles within R1 Construction.Â
She worked with Amy in Marketing, exploring website development and social media, taking the time to create a 'Meet the Team' post about Libby, and even visiting Webb Crescent and Ptarmigan House to see some of our projects in action.
Liv also gained valuable insight into the world of sales with Dan and Dean, rounding off the week by joining them for an exciting event at Villa Park!
It was a pleasure having Liv with us, and we hope she found the experience both insightful and inspiring!
