We are delighted to announce the successful handover of Ptarmigan House.
The major refurbishment of the 16,610 sq. ft (1,543.12 sq. m) two-storey Ptarmigan House at Shrewsbury Business Park has been completed and handed over to our client, Property Services Group (PSG), delivering a modernised and more efficient workspace.
The project involved removing internal walls and meeting rooms to create a more open and functional office layout. A full mechanical and electrical upgrade was carried out, inclusive of lighting, emergency lighting, and split air conditioning system to enhance climate control. Security and fire safety improvements were also implemented, with access control systems, new fire dampers, water boilers and compartmentation measures.
Externally, the works included the replacement of 170 ceramic and 12 clear glazing panels, new Trespa cladding facade treatment and window upgrades.
Additional enhancements included new fire doors, flooring throughout, full redecoration, suspended ceilings, blinds and FF&E ,and new signage internally and externally.
The successful completion of this project has provided PSG with a refreshed, modern workspace designed to meet contemporary office requirements.
