R1 Break Ground at Shawbury Care Home

R1 are delighted to announce their first partnership development working with Springcare Ltd.

The partnership will see R1 deliver a brand new 2-storey development to expand Springcares' offering at their River Meadows site in Shawbury, Shropshire.

The construction package consists of 14 bedrooms, a treatment room, shop, salon, an office, as well as assisted bathrooms, a new dining room and a lounge for the residents.

We are looking forward to seeing how this one progresses over the next few weeks.
