R1 Construction was approached to take part in a competitive tender exercise for the refurbishment of two redundant food technology rooms at Magdalen college school in Brackley where the school was looking to expand their science department by creating additional teaching spaces.

 

Having visited the site at tender stage R1 provided assistance with the science classroom re-configuration design, full M&E design and internal fit-out specification and requirements.

 

The scheme was successfully handed over to the school on time and within the client’s budget. The rooms have been greatly received and will provide the school with a comfortable practical teaching environment for many years to come...
