New teaching facility provides the trust with additional classrooms, one to one group rooms and WCs...

R1 construction was awarded the project following a successful tender exercise to increase the teaching facilities at All Saint’s CofE School, Leicester. The school was allocated funding by the local authority.

The building was originally planned to be modular but due to rising steel costs and steel shortage at the time we redesigned the project to cater for a timber frame approach which meant from initial signoff, we had the structure onsite within a 3-week timescale.

The build was completed and handed over in time for the school’s new academic year and has been a huge hit with staff, pupils and parents.
